Obama dictator or not?

Obama will not become a dictator. Basing on the list he only meets a few qualities. These are Rising to power legally, powerful or motivating speaker, and pushing changes in the laws to gain power. Seeing as there are many other important steps to becoming a totalitarian leader Obama will not become a dictator.
