Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy. The alliance systems contributed to the outbreak of war because other countries will be threatened because of the alliances ganging up against them.

1. Battle of Marathon - Athens and their allies beat the persians showing that the persions were not as strong as they thought.
2. Antietam - Bloodiest battle. Union defeated confederates. Both north and south drastically changed.

Obama dictator or not?

Obama will not become a dictator. Basing on the list he only meets a few qualities. These are Rising to power legally, powerful or motivating speaker, and pushing changes in the laws to gain power. Seeing as there are many other important steps to becoming a totalitarian leader Obama will not become a dictator.
